And in a bid to get back into phys, I did a second day on the trot. Jools stayed behind as she is still "chesty", so I went after coffee, arriving as the early birds were leaving, and the car park a bit of a race track.
I cycled round San Francisco again for nearly an hour, at a higher level than previously, though the increase is minimal.
Traffic was solid on the A2, so I doubled back round and went along the six-foot-sixers through Pineham to Guston then back onto the Deal road and home.
It was a dull, grey, misty and damp morning, and didn't really brighten up much.We had breakfast, I went out to take shots of the path Jools had cleared, and that was that.
We are pretty much caught up with emptying the kitchen, so not much to do, so we read, listen to podcasts and the day kinda meanders into the afternoon.
Jools went into town, got some rolls for lunch, and they we so big we really were not that hungry by supper time.By which time there was football to prepare for: England in Latvia, and a win for England would mean they qualify for next year's World Cup Finals in the US.
England played really well, were 3-0 up at half time, and in total control. It ended 5-0. And that was that.
