Fuck everything

The party of business says "Fuck Business!"

The party of the Union says "Fuck the Union!"

The party of law and order says "Fuck the law!"

Today, the Northern Ireland Secretary, Brandon Lewis, stated when asked a question, that the UK Government was going to break international law in a "specific and limited way".

The fact it is limited and specific is irrelevant, Ministers, in particular, have stated they are going to break the Ministerial Code in that they are going to break the law.

The Lord Chancellor's position is now untenable, he must resign, as he cannot uphold the rule of law in a Government that is going to break it.

The UK attorney general, Suella Braverman, must now make her legal position on this clear, and if she will not leave Government then her sworn promise to uphold the rule of law will be worthless.

Speaking during an urgent question on the bill, chair of the Justice Committee and Tory MP Bob Neill said the "adherence to the rule of law is not negotiable".

There are no words to describe how bad this is.

In the words of DAG:

"Constitutional Law should not be exciting"

"If it is, then something has gone badly wrong"

Worse will come tomorrow.

And then worse next week.

And much worse next month,

And as for next year........
