Brexit lies

A short post, as I have been otherwise engaged today. But the big news is that the Electoral Commission found that one of the big Leave campaigns, Leave dot EU, overspent during the referendum campaign, and find it £70k.

Not only that, it found irregularities in invoicing and records of repayments to its backer, Aaron Banks.

Banks responded that it was a politically motivated attack by a Blairite organisation filled with remoaners.

Nuff said.

I believe a file has been sent to the police who may well prosecute.

Now we have Russian bots, Russian social media ads, lies from the campaigns, lies for the newspapers, collusion between the two Leave campaigns. And we are told by the Brexiteers that they won and we should just get over it.

Hmmmmm.
