COVID is not dead.
In fact, a new wave of infections and hospitalisations is building, and yet hardly anyone is talking about it.
Positive tests are up near 70% week on week, and hospitalisations are up nearly 31%.
Recent research suggests each generation of virus is enabled by its parents to be less easily detected by our immune systems, and each infect leads us to have less, not more, resitance.
Therefore, those countries still operating kings of social distancing are faring much better. Britain, however, gave up a year ago.
Although, I'm sure its fine.
