Busted

In papers submitted to the Outer Court of Session in Scotland today, the Government submissions state that the Prime Minister, Alexander Boris de Piffel Johnson will request an extension to the A50 period to January 31st 2020 bu October 19th, at the latest.

This is despite him saying in the Commons this week that the UK would leave the EU on 31st October, come what may. Saying this and also confirming he would follow the law made it clear only once could be true. It was a question of which one.

Now we know.

I would think the shit is going to hit the fan now, and when Naughty Nigel finds out, I thik Johnson's biggest electoal problem is neither Corbyn or the LibDems, it will be the Brexit "Party", who will now campaign against the Tories. So splitting the Brexit vote.

Oh dear, what a shame.....

And Johnson wants to prorogue Parliament from Tuesday for the Queen's Speech, because, apparently, the two weeks of the illegal suspension were not enough to write one. But with the expectation that there will be an election very soon after October 31st, this makes the Queen's Speech rather un-necessary, and turn it into a de-facto political speech. That the Queen would be speaking.

Coming so soon after the Supreme Court ruling that he gave the Monarch unlawful advice, this would not be another good look.
