From the FT website

David Frost, Brexit minister, on withdrawal agreement:

“We underestimated the effect of the protocol on goods movements to Northern Ireland, with some suppliers in GB simply not sending their products because of the time-consuming paperwork required.”

This is the deal that David Frost, negotiated and was given a knighthood for doing.

The deal that PM, Boris Johnson, gave him the job of doing, and signed off on.

That Johnson got elected to implemement this "oven ready" deal.

Parliament ratified the deal, and Johnson and Frost both hailed this deal.

But, apparently the EU should "revist the deal".
