And then there were two

Seems like Johnson got his supporters to switch voting for him to Jeremy Hunt in the final round of votes to ensure that Gove lost out.

So, there it is: Johnson v Hunt, with Hunt probably being the least worse option, although that is relative.

The Conservatives are divorced from reality, which means that when they make contact with it again sometime at the end of September, it will be very painful.

Still, it will be funny, until the pound crashes, we run of out fuel, energy and food.

And despite doing all this to keep the party together, the Tories will be spit asunder. As they would no matter who they elected and what course was chosen.
