Three musical acts have railed against COVID and the restrictions: Ian Brown (of the Stone Roses), Van Morrison (of course) and Right Said Fred.

Well, the "band" have railed against the restrictions and have been vocal in their opposition to vaccines, so it comes as no surprise, except to the band, to find one of them has caught COVID, but is still refusing the vaccine even as he lies in hospital.

As ever, I have no words. Except, apparently I do.

And earlier, I saw the dimmest Tweet in the history of mankind, that someone, an adult, Tweeted that: it seems odd that those who are now being hospitalised are those who have not been vaccinated; like it was some kind of plot.

It is a plot, to weed out the stupid.

Other than those who cannot have the vaccine and so have to shield.

We are living through Idiocracy.

God have mercy on our souls.
