More damn lies

The Express has ran a story this week stating that the EU is in turmoil as Sweden is the next country plan to leave the bloc.

But.

And there is a but.

Two buts.

But me no buts.

One: the story comes from a single Swedish report.

And two: The report dates from 2016.

Meaning, its bollocks.

I can tell you, my Danish colleagues have told me that Danes in general are looking at what te UK has done and are appalled, and any possible support for DANXIT has evaporated with the chaos winessing here in the UK.

So, far from weaking the EU, Brexit has strengthened the EU and the 27 member states and has allowed them to pull together, united against a common threat: Brexit itself.

The reality is Brexit has made the EU stronger and more united than it would have been.
