And today she u turned.

So sudden was the change that the 22:00 and 23:00 printed editions of the Mail had literally different headlines.

The u turn came after Minister after Minister had gone out to do the media round to explain why not u turning was right.

As with Johnson, this was a hill that they need not have died on, and yet they have. Being sent out to defend an indefensible policy, only for the Government soon were to abandon it. Just like Johnson did over and over again.

This is not stable Government, this is a farce.
