Of slaughtered lambs

A short follow up from a previous blog, and how empty the promise of Brexiteers are:

The Government has promised to buy any unsold lambs to offset costs for any farmer whose markets collapsed or vanished

All well and good, until it worked out how much space a year's supply of lamb would take to store, and it was discovered there is not enough cold storage space.

And today, the PM announced that all houses in the UK should get super-fast broadband, not a Brexit matter I'll grant you, but the person running the project said, we don't have the resources or staff to do this.

The Home Secretay announced she would like to see criminals live in fear of the Justice System. All well and good, until you realise that the Conservative Party has been wilfully under-funding and underminding it.

All lip service.

As is Brexit.

Normal service will be resumed tomorrow.

Enjoy the break, peeps.
