You've got to laugh

Or else....

Today, the Torygraph's consumer and travel editor lamented on how little the blue UK passport can do compared with the EU one in 2016.

In 2016, the UK passport offered its holders the widest visa-free travel of any country in the world.

Now its 17th.

Now, why could that be?

Oh yes, Brexit.

Brexit was about the UK demanding the EU treat it as a third country.

Which as a consequence meant the end to visa-free travel, just 3 month stays, and as the only way to track the new passports is by stamping, they have to be physically checked.

The EU offered the UK Government visa-free travel, but the UK refused.

So, its because of Brexit and the flavour of hard Brexit the Johnson government chose.

You won, you should get over it and enjoy them Brexit benefits.

Meanwhile a part of the UK has applied to join the EU Schengen Area.

Yes, Gibratar, citing labour shortages is the first part of the UK to admit Brexit-ralated issues and do something concrete about it.
