Big Brother is tracking you

It was leaked yesterday, that the top level Brexit Cabinet suddenly wants to collect all user dater on the Government website.

This is not normal.

And yesterday, a massive program of ads promoting the "positive" news that in the event of no deal, duty free shopping would be brought back. At the bottom of the ads was a hyperlink to the government website.

Collecting such data and then using it for target advertising, would be against EU GDPR laws, something all companies and governments in the EU have to do.

But such laws are not for Johnson or Cummings.

Suspension or abolition of rights, mass surveillance. What next?

And at the same time, Johnson is a disaster as a PM. 6 votes lost in a row, terrible in debates and on TV, will have to rule by avoiding both as much as possible.

Another mistake, I understand, that in Proroguing Parliament to the 14th October, he has not left enough time for any Brext related debates before the final EU meeting the UK is supposed to attend, where Johnson says he will push for a new deal. After the 14th, there will be two day's debate on the Queen's speech, so so actual business of Parliament until the 17th at the earliest.

Unless Parliament can be recalled.

And the Government baulked at releasing heavily redacted Operation Yellowhammer papers again in case it frightened the public.
