Two years ago today, Norwich produced a great performance to win away at Sheffield United, upsetting Blade's manager, Chris Wilder, in the process.
Two years alter, both are in the Premier League under the same managers.
Farke, the Norwich manager, rebuilt the squad and transformed the club's style of play, and took us up as champions last May.
Wilder took United to the Premier League from League 1 in three years.
For Norwich in that time, what had been early signs of progress ended in a disappointing season, finishing 13th at the end of that first season.
And last year, well, that tale is well told, but with a transfer budget that would barely cover three Manchester City player's wages for a month, Farke took us up as Champions.
Two years after that victory, Norwich fans are basking in the most remarkable of victories in front of the Sky TV cameras, beating Man City 3-2, despite being without 8 first team players and two others as walking wounded.
The other City had a single central defender out.
Norwich won by playing the Farkeball he taught them, passing round and through Citeh's high press.
Even I doubted Farkeball this time. I stayed away from the radio commentary, and avoided watching the game when I got home. I feared for what Citeh's team of Globetrotters would do to our makeshift back line.
I should not have worried: players came in, well drilled, knowing what their part of the plan was, having been scouted and bought to do this role.
I will never doubt Farke again.
To reach this point, City and us fans, have been on a long journey, expectations have been exceeded. And then this happens.
