Tuesday chaos

I will be honest, I don#t know what will happen this afternoon in Brexit, but it will be hilarious.

In Scotland, as part of the Government's disclosure to the Court of Session, Government lawyers failed to provide a sworn statement that all information had been provided. At the moment the Cabinet Office says this happened, while Number 10 is sating the Cabinet Office is supplying the press with shit information.

Seriously.

A standing Order will be debated today on whether Parliament takes control of the order sheet. Numbers are tight, but 15 Conservatives going to rebel, and one (Hoey) Labour will vote for the Government.

The PM can submit a single line bill to request an election, but that would be amendable, and Parliament could add any kind of clause it wanted to such a bill.

In Evidence to the Court of Session,it emerged that Johnson signed off on the suspension of Parliament two weeks earlier than thought, andin the meantime publicly stated it wasn't going to happen. So, Johnson a liar again?

In which case it is likely that the Privvy Council did not tell the truth when advising the Queen to the prorogation. Which is a tiny weeny bit embarrassing.
