This morning, the BBC aired a preview of Panorama which was to air tonight, an interview with the Conservative's Chief Whip where he lambasted the PM, Government and ministers.
Turned out he gave the interview on the understanding that it would only air after Brexit day.
But that got postponed.
The airing didn't.
But it made headlines this morning, and then the focus moved on.
Describing the current Cabinet as the least disciplined in history should have meant heads will roll. But instead thosesame untrustworthy ministers have hopes of becoming PM in the next few weeks.
The BBC gives prominence to Brexiteers saying no deal is the Brexit the country voted for, and that goes unchallenged.
The fact that the two leave campaigns broke electoral law is also ignored.
This is where we are as a country. We have gone from the Mother of all Parliaments to mutherfuckers in three years.
And Brexit has not happened yet, the real and permanent effect have not been felt yet.
And yet, where it has, workers at Swindon marched over the weekend demanding that their car factory be nationalised. A car plant owned by a Japanese company. Nationalised. What would they make, Allegros? Marinas?
Madness stalks the land.
And Parliament breaks for dinner before the IV voting results are announced.
