Chaos

The EU had deferred a vote on ratifying the TCA. A decision which should surprise no one.

News of the UK's actions have been painted in the press and BBC as being nationalistic, and to prevent a crisis checks have brought, but not caused by Brexit itself, which is the elephant in the room.

Hidden away in the small print of the budget, is the forecast that the performance of the UK economy will slump in the next five years, while that of the EU will soar. They need us more than we need them, remember?

Andrew Bowie, Conservative MP, went on Newsnight and siad to a group of students: “Am I going to sit here and say that Brexit is perfect and your generation are going to reap the benefits? No I’m not” But went on to says that the benefits would be there for all to see once the economy develops.

We already had a developed economy as part of the EU, and there was supposed to be nothing but benefits.

Thanks to the positive reporting on the budget, the Conservatives have opened up a 13 point lead in the polls, that is after 120,000 deaths, Brexit and all the waste.

I have no words.

The Government is to use taxpayer's money to pay the bulling claims of Sir Phillip Ruttnam £340,000 to stop his unfair dismissal case. That the costs had to case gone forward would have been far higher shows how desperate the Government were to make this go away and no evidence be shown.

I am disappointed by this turn of events, I didn't think Ruttnam could be bought off, but he has. And the Government get to say they admitted nothing.

And the NHS key workers are to receve just 1% payrise this year, so much for standing at our doorsteps clapping, that can't buy food or pay rent. This comes after £4 billion on public spending cuts hidden in the small print of the budget. People support the budget until they see its effects in a few months.

The Government also forze duty of fuel for an 11th straight year, but train fares will go up 4%, so much for green policies
