2019 1K

It was never my intention to write a thousand post this year. I mean to write that many posts means writing nearly three posts a day every day.

And yet, here we are, post one thousand for the year.

A large number of the posts, I suppose nearly two thirds, have been about Brexit. In the new year I will continue to write about it, I really didn't want to, but I thought it be interesting to record the Brexiteers daily battles against reality.

Those battles will be in them deciding what they really want, and what they will have to compoise to get that. If they can decide.

As ever, no deal requires little or no effort on their part, just the denying of reality, and the repeated phrase that all will be OK, we survived the war so we can survive this. Or the Millennium Bug turned out to be a damp squib, ignoring the fact that a small army of thousands of IT specialists made it so.

Bloody experts!

This post comes a few days before the end of the year, and the end of the decade. So lots of looking back in posts on New Year's Eve I suppose. So, I won't do that here.

Anyway, enjoy the day, and normal service will be resumed soon.
