The country saw what 9 and a half years of Conservative Government had lead to, and decided they wanted more.

They saw what five months of Johnson and PM meant, and decided they wanted more.

Johnson has an overall majority, so can drive through whatever he wants. We have the Government we deserve.

I will not take the blame for what happens next, but I will say "I told you so". A lot.

Labour have been trounced.

Corbyn is to stand down once a successor in his image has been secured.

Tactical voting almost paid off in many seats, but mostly fell shot.

Swinson last her seat.

Many On Nation Conservatives who fought at independents also lost their seats.

There is very little to be optimistic about.
